Pastor Herb Rubi and wife Donna along with their children moved to Sacramento in 1994 and started the church in 1995. Originally located on Northgate Blvd in South Natomas, we moved to Land Park and are now in the South Natomas area.  Our pastor simply has a huge heart for the Natomas area and responded to God’s call to serve there. Most of the people in our church are residents of Natomas or surrounding areas and we all share a burden to care for our community. God has created a tight knit family that is dedicated to reaching our neighbors and getting children off the streets and into a healthy environment, not only physically but spiritually.

We have been active Sacramento and California since the church started. Feeding the homeless, providing clothes, and ministering to the elderly are a few things that excite us and motivate our loving church to continue to serve. We frequently hold events for the youth such as our Plugged In concerts and community park outreaches. Check out our events page to learn more about what we’re doing!
